Day 10 went fast because of Easter and all. Making me so busy never got a time to free my mind for thinking so day ended so tired. Day 11 opposite day from day 10. Binging series & to distract my thoughts went to watch movie had my cheat meal today (I don't regret). But dunno why before bed suddenly Urge thoughts flowing like water I am trying to resist but it was so strong than day 3 - 5. Trying my best to get into sleep.
