Abbreviation index on the site please

    I know this might make me sound old but could we have an index of what all the abbreviations people use mean. Example PMO porn, masturbation, orgasm. When I first started reading about NoFap the abbreviations left me a little confused it would be nice for new guys like myself to have a quick guide to click on. Thank you.
