Idk what day it is but I finished my dissertation recently so a lot of the stress in my life has gone. Got exams soon though so I guess we'll see what happens
Day 2 of 60 Day No PMO. Gonna try to comment on this thread everyday. Previously while doing NO PMO, I was still fantasizing about women which I didnt felt good about, and had Precum from even the slightest arousal. I now will control my thoughts 100%, will workout harder than ever before, Set New goals and achieve them, gonna work on Self Improvement. My goal is not just to get rid of PM, but to become a better human being physically, financially spiritually in every way now. Abstaining from PMO, really gives that mental breakthrough, I've experienced that when i did it fro 30 days.
Day 1/60. I have just achieved the 30 days challenge. If I complete this one I'll have the magic number of 90 days.
Thanks. I'm all good, and still on the wagon. No computer or internet at home is helping me a lot. So the only place I can update this is at the library (don't feel that comfortable doing at at work, where probably everything is tracked)
