If you are clean of porn use, and still have ED, and it has been 6 years like this, i think would be a good idea to visit a doctor. perhaps is a physicial case of ED that requires other kind of treatment to cure it.
I think it would be good to get examined and try other kind of treatment. I would expect that the 90 days should have given up enough time for your brain and body to recaliblate.
I am a very serious case, maybe the worst in restoring the site in my case can take years and not 90 days
