Has anyone else had this happen? There is little information on this subject. Back on January 8th after a lengthy PMO session I noticed a buzzing sound in my ears, I assumed it was a temporary thing and would go away. 2 months later I still have it. From what I've been able to read is that it should go away if I abstain long enough. My problem is I haven't been able to get streaks longer than 10-13 days and then I relapse and binge. Currently I'm on day 5 and I'm so sick of the ringing I'm determined to finally get over the hump of PMO. Just curious if anybody has any insight, info, similar experiences or reason to give me hope that I will hear silence again. P.S. If you edge, please stop immediately, it will kill your health and purpose in life.
Yes i experienced similar. I had pretty loud 'tinitus' sound in my ears especially in the morning and night. Now it's gone. It only comes back when I'm very very stressed, what is normal i guess. I don't know when it was gone exactly, because i first thought it wasn't caused by PMO, but i think it took about 1 month.
How long you suffering and how long it will heal and go away . mine depressed about tinnitus. I have tinnitus for 3-4 month and how long it will fade away is this normal . My Tinnitus increase in night or in silence room especially when going to sleep . When I think about tinnitus it gave me negative thinking and worries.
Thats so common and normal lol. Its the sound of the brain rewiring. I dont let anyone else tell you its not. It fades on it own because at the end there is nothing anymore to rewire. When you experience things you never did its nofap flatline.
