It has become all too obvious that my mind is unraveling. Apparently I'm frequently crying in my sleep, as I'm waking up with puffy, dried eyes. Weird thing is, my antidepressants and anxiety meds have been increasing, yet when I get hit with this mental pain, nothing can stop it.
