    Hi everyone. Im a 45 yo guy who has struggled with porn since I was 12. Im married, my wife knows buy I have been lying to her about it for a couple of years. I've slipped back to my old habits.
    Its has totally gotten out of control at the moment, I work from home and am home alone during that time and its ... well its f#$ked!

    I cant go a day without porn, I average about 3-4 hours a day when Im at home.

    Im on here to try and stop, but honestly Im not sure if I can.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Here goes nothing ...
