I’m going to therapy for multiple things I’m dealing with in my life. One of which is something I’ve dealt with for most of my post puberty years, which I’m now convinced is PIED. It’s definitely been a severe and psychologically detrimental issue I’ve suffered from. I was introduced to porn (VHS videos) by my older step brothers when I was 7 years old. I got the internet and a computer at age 13 and QUICKLY found porn and was addicted in no time.

My therapist suggested I abstain from porn and masterbation for starting with 2 weeks, and to look for maybe some apps or programs to help. This is how I came across NoFap. I’m excited, and thankful. I started without porn or mast. on July 10. I’ve made it this far and definitely feel a sense of accomplishment about it.

I’m in a committed relationship, and I haven’t had sex since July 10 as well. I’m strongly wanting some kind of release, but am wondering if I should abstain for 90 days without orgasm as well. My fiancé is definitely willing. But is it something I should do? Part of me wants to go 90 at least without orgasm at all. But another part of me is wanting it bad. Lol. Just being honest.

I’m leaning towards 90 days no PMO.
