    Hi everyone,
I have come here and started using NoFap after hearing that it had benefits of quitting it. Before this I realised, that I had a porn addiction, as kept relapsing over and over again, as it being weekly with the longest I have gone was 4 days, but even with lots of controlling it doesn't really help in controlling my masturbation habits.I need to work harder on controlling myself and work on my will power and stop using my laptop as it compels me to go to various porn sites and then I am not able to control my jerking habit. Though I need to work on myself to work on a stronger will, but I don't know how to go about it. So what I am asking is there any suggestions from you guys in what I need to do?

Hi, nice to meet you. My name Ivan and i'm new member too like you.

Sounds good that you only masturbate weekly. Maybe you must take nofap challange as 90 days not to watch porn, masturbate, or smth else.

In the end, we have to control our thought and urge desire as we know masturbate make us feel very good at that moment. Maybe you should take gym class or doing some exercise at evening as it take our body tired and make us more sleepy. So at night maybe you will not thought porn as your body need to rest after gym class.

Hi, Im new as well but wish you the best of luck. I think it is important to know exactly WHY you want to quit and with that knowledge, proprel yourself to being the best possible you, you can be. Thats how I am approaching it and for health benefits.
