Hey guys, so I just signed up to NoFap and hopefully it goes well. A bit about myself I'm 24 from California. my main reason for NoFap is simply a step in changing my life. I feel that I no longer PMO for the pleasure but rather a habit that has lead to PED, which has embarrassed me every time I've tried to have sex. I've also recently met this girl that I really like and I want to be able to actually perform well with her. I mainly just want control of my life, and I figured NoFap can help keep me motivated because I simply cant do it alone. I want all the benefits that nofap has to offer. Thanks guys
